1-Day Retreat Challenge💕

Hello Dreamers, As we close out the 4th quarter of the year and prepare for a new and amazing 2019, I invite you to join me in my 1-Day Retreat Challenge. If you didn't know I am the creator of The Dream (R) Retreat where like-minded warrior women come together to Relax, Relate and Release. As much as I love a structured, planned weekend retreat, I know my soul absolutely needs retreat moments more frequently. I have crafted a totally free challenge for you to participate in. #dbcretreat1

There are 6 important tips and tricks you need to include during your retreat to make sure you're planning it intentionally. If you'd love to receive my FREE 1-Day Retreat Guideline, Strategy Map and Agenda, just drop me your email address and it's yours.

Here's the task: During the Holiday break and anytime prior to January 1, 2019, strategically plan your 1-Day Retreat. Here's what you'll need:

1. Enrichment Activities

You'll need to include (at least) 2 enrichment activities that stimulate and spark your mind. A few ideas include finding a class to attend such as Public Speaking Techniques, Real Estate 101, Holistic Care, etc. There are so many classes and activities you can find locally by using sites such as Eventbrite or Meetup. If you can't find a local activity then choose something virtual. There are millions of online courses you can purchase. Check out my upcoming Envision the Vision Online Course for starters. Another great way to incorporate a really great enrichment activity is by looking for new workout classes such as Pure Barre, Spin or Bikram Yoga. If working out isn't your thing, try an art class such as pottery, mosaic or painting. Choose something out of your comfort zone and create a new and meaningful experience. Did I ever tell y'all about the time I tried a ballet class....Epic Fail but hey, at least I tried. #rhythmlessKiy

2.Intentional Activities

Intentionality is what it's all about. What separates your 1-Day Retreat from any other date with yourself is the intentionality of your strategy. Be sure to plan 3 intentional activities throughout your day. This should include your favorite meal time scheduled. It can be breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner but be sure to enjoy a wonderful meal. Also schedule in 1 relaxing activity such as a bubble bath, massage, pedicure or maybe explore acupuncture. For the 3rd activity be sure to include something that serves as a treat to yourself. Treat yourself to shopping for something new (a splurge is ok), or maybe your favorite dessert, smoothie or cocktail. Schedule out 3 intentional activities for your 1-Day Retreat.

3. Reflection Activity

This final activity is most important to wrap up your retreat. Be sure to plan some intentional time to reflect. You can plan a session to journal, create a vision board, plan your next 4quarters, work in your DreamBuilding Diary or vision canvassing. Whatever you choose to do, be sure to release anything that no longer serves you and plan ahead with realistic goals. My reflection activity this year will be to take a great look at wins and challenges from each month of the year. I already have my reflection journal handy.

Once you create your 1-Day Retreat Challenge Strategy Plan (be sure to sign up for my free template), snap a picture during your retreat and be sure to tag the following: @thedreambuildingco, @thedreamrretreat #dbcretreat1

I'll be sure to virtually party and celebrate your success!!!

Let's recap:

Challenge Date: December 2018 (before 2019)

2 Enriching Activities: new knowledge intake

3 Intentional Activities: self-indulging

1 Reflection Activity: looking back and planning ahead

Share your Success, Celebrate your Wins

Until next time,

Peace & Sweet Dreaming,
