GirlFriends Matter🎀

Hello Dreamers,

As we land in the 4th quarter of this overstimulated year, I challenge you to be strategic and intentional about spending time with those who bring you joy. We're all praying that next year is a clean slate, and a new start but before we approach that slate, I suggest using this Holiday season to love on those who you love. Here's my simple, yet effective plan.

  1. Girls Night In: Bring a mask and hand sanitizer but schedule a night with just you and your best gal pals for a memorable slumber party. I'm the friend who loves to bring games, conversation starters, and more. Grab some food, and wine, & prepare for a good time. Matching pj's & bomb candles make for an even better night.

  2. Road Trip Must-Have: A quick weekend getaway awaits. Grab whoever is your road trip rollie(s) and take a weekend visit. I love to plan a particular activity around my destination so whether that's fine dining in Chicago or art exploration in Pittsburgh, these inexpensive getaways build priceless memories that last.

  3. Randomness: I'm not sure if it's just me and my girls that do this but unplanned, random nights are thee absolute best. This requires clearing your schedule and just simply pulling up with an open itinerary. Some of my best moments and memories have been those that just organically happen. Try a night of pull-ups with your besties and see where the night takes you. (Did I ever mention how I got my nose-pierced) LOL, soooo random

  4. Catch Up: Be intentional about mapping out time to spend with friends during this season. As we've truly learned the importance of essentials in our lives this year, I just challenge you to do better. Show up and create those memories that are oh, so, needed. If all else fails with in-person interaction, talk on the phone like your 7th-grade self. I still love this ancient art-form. I just love talking to my friends and catching up. That's always an option.

Don't forget! "It's not on you, it's in you and what's in you, they can not take away"..word to Nip (always & all year)

Until next time,

Peace & Sweet Dreaming,

Kiylise Lowe, Chief Dream Engineer
