Spring Forward, Reset🌷

It’s Spring!!!!! Are you as excited as I am for the weather to break, the grass to turn back green, the flowers to bloom, and most importantly to jump into this new quarter? YASSS! I’m stoked. This season has truly brought about some much-needed renewal in my life. I traveled a little bit and just truly felt exactly as I deserve to feel. As we continue to spring forward, I want to continue to get the renewal and restoration I need. Here are 3 resets I'm focusing on:

1. Luxury is key: I am truly dedicated to living my best life. My self-care plan includes doing whatever the "F" I want to do. I'm so tired of making excuses or waiting on others to do some of the things I'd do in a heartbeat. Luxury to me is truly just doing the things that are often treats, rewards, and splurges. For once in my life, I am truly investing in myself and treating myself for just living. Whether that's a staycation with my favorite food haul and champagne or a quick flight with friends, guess what, I'm doing it. This reset has been exactly what I've needed during this pandemic.

2. Sleep: I know you're like what! Yes, I have finally prioritized sleep in my life. Once my anxiety kicks in, I often suffer from insomnia. I find myself up all night with my mind on a million. I promise I am doing a hard reset for the spring and really focusing on getting some rest. I need it for my soul and there is absolutely no reason why I shouldn't. Sleep is the reset I need and the reset I've been loving. Who knew resting could give you so much energy?

3. Saying NO: I am turning down opportunities, friendships, and all things that no longer serve me. If I don't want to do it, I won't. I'm just riding this wave of putting me completely first. There are things that come across my desk that I'm just like nope, not today. There are people in my life that I'm like nope, not today. I am protecting every bit of this peace and by any means necessary.

How are you springing along this year? Are you doing some resetting in your life?

Until next time,

Peace & Sweet Dreaming,
